Apiary Made Beeswax Food Wraps
The hardworking bees at our farm in Victoria's Yarra Valley are helping us to take up the fight against cling wrap and food waste. Dedicated to helping protect the environment, reducing food waste and the growth of Australia's bee population, the team at Apiary Made have created beeswax wraps - the natural alternative to cling wrap.
Perfect for wrapping cheese, bread, herbs, fresh pasta, half an avocado or tomato, salads, sandwiches, snacks, vegetables, hams and most other produce, the wraps allow food to breathe which prevent your foods from sweating and oxidising. They are also naturally anti-bacterial also helping your food to last longer.
Simple to use, they mould with the warmth of your hands around a bowl or jar etc, or simply fold over and stick to itself if wrapping without a vessel, for example when wrapping a wheel of cheese, a bunch of herbs or a loaf of sourdough. They are great in the fridge and can also be used at room temperature.
Ethically sourced, handmade in Australia and cruelty free.
Avoid raw meats and heat sources.
